The Regional Evangelism Training is a yearly event here at Calvary, and its quite possibly our largest. We have the amazing opportunity to host many churches in our area for a day dedicated to strengthening our ability to communicate the gospel clearly and effectively to the people the Lord places in our lives.
This year the event is occurring on Saturday, April 18th from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. To pull off this event and to bless others by our church's hospitality, we need a dedicated team of volunteers to serve at this event.
We're in need of a team to be our "hosts" for the day. This includes helping with parking, welcoming and greeting as folks enter the building, operating a "Sign In Table", being available to provide building directions during break times, and cleaning up after the event is over.
