It's been a while since we have been able to join missionaries, Geoff and Linda Simpson, outside of Nairobi, Kenya!
From April 10-19 a group of about 8 is preparing to head to Kenya to aid the ministry efforts of Geoff and Linda Simpson. During our time there we will be ministering to up to several hundred youth as a part of the ministry's kid's program, as well as running various skills-based workshops with the teens and young adults.
Our primary need in going, as always, is the Lord's presence and help. We ask for you to join us in prayer to that end. May the Lord bring clarity to what He wants us to say and do during our time there as we support our missionary friends and seek to temporarily ease their burden in ministering.
We are also raising funds for this trip since traveling internationally can provide quite the financial hurdle. We are trusting in the Lord for His provision and ask that you would consider being used by Him to support and enable His work in this way. Finally, Geoff and Linda have made us known of a need for technical equipment for their students, specifically laptop computers and iPads. These need to be in good, working condition and set to their factory settings with everything wiped off of them. If you're able and willing to provide some equipment, let Kyle Garman know. They are also in need of guitars and keyboards.
